Before your appointment
- Avoid alcohol and caffeine 24 hours beforehand.
- Do not take aspirin or blood thinning medications.
- Avoid excessive sun exposure.
- Do not do chemical peels or peels.
- Do not shave the area.
- Avoid intense training beforehand.
- Stop using retinoids and glycolic acid a week before.
- Avoid strongly colored foods and drinks 24 hours beforehand.
- Make sure skin is clean and hydrated.
- Consult your doctor beforehand if you have any pre-existing conditions.
- Prepare for healing time.
- Do not come to the appointment if you already have old permanent make-up, but only after a consultation with the specialist.
